We do not give legal advice; Our service is limited to the process and administration of compensation claims.

No Win No Fee Claim

The No Win No Fee Success Fee for getting your housing disrepair compensation is based on which expert panel member we refer you to. Our panel consists of:

How we will assist you

You are under no obligation to instruct one or any of our panel solicitors.

Solicitor firms pay for marketing, call handling and other services. This does not affect the value of your claim in any way. If you are close to the time limit for making a claim, do not wait, contact the solicitor firm immediately.
