What We Do – The Claim
Once you fill out our easy-to-use enquiry form, a member of our panel will get in touch to discuss your current disrepair issue. We will then tell you if you are eligible to claim or not, based on the evidence you have provided.
A member of the team will then call to arrange a FREE visit to take images and assess the issues. This will provide us with evidence to ensure the landlord carries out the repairs.
A member of the team will then contact your landlord on your behalf, presenting the evidence and negotiating your compensation.
